Tepuy thrives on the idea of using simple and seasonal products, transforming their aromas, colors and textures in a walk through the richness and diversity of Venezuelan Flavors.  Tepuy was featured as one of “the best Venezuelan places to eat in NYC” in 2015 by Eater New York times. Her love for food and heritage, drove her to start doing Tepuy Dining, a series of pop-up dinners comprised by a tasting menu using seasonal products enhancing her favorite Venezuelan flavors.passion project that I have been cultivating for the last 3 years. We host a chef's tasting dinner series with a 7-course prix fixe menu with a welcoming Cocktail.
